Working towards a Bachelor of Education (Birth to Five Years). Neicy has 10 years of experience in early childhood care and education, 8 of which have been at The Willows.

‘I work in child care because being a part of children’s learning is something amazing; the look a child gets when they are finally able to work out a problem or achieve a skill is magical, and to support and share in that is very special.

Children learn best when given the opportunity to challenge themselves with hands on play, with measured risk, as children of all ages are far more capable than they are given credit for.

My goal as an educator is to provide children and families with quality care, support, and education through respectful relationships and continued learning.

My message to families is, when your child comes to The Willows, they become part of something more than just a childcare centre or preschool, but a family, with genuine and dedicated educators that want the best for your child.’

Working towards a Certificate III in Children’s Services.

Sharni is currently completing a traineeship to gain her Certificate III. ‘I hope to further my studies in this wonderful career.’

‘In my spare time, I help look after my grandparents, I love to travel and go shopping.’
