Meg Educator in the Senior Preschool Room (4-5 years) Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Meg has been involved in Early Childhood Care and Education since 1997. ‘I have chosen to work in childcare to provide children with a rich environment with effective, relevant and meaningful educational experiences filled with happiness, love and joy.’ Meg’s approach as an educator involves guiding and inspiring children, scaffolding experiences to extend upon their interests and learning, allowing children to be active participants in their experiences, and providing environments where children can ‘...learn, play and explore, expanding on their development.’ Meg works a job share position with her fellow educator Jane and says she loves having this work-life balance. ‘I am very passionate about working with children and families at The Willows. I love getting time with my gorgeous boys and amazing husband while still being able to explore my love of working with children and families at the Willows.’ |

Megan Educator in the Rainbow Room (0-12 months) Diploma of Children’s Services. Megan has been a part of The Willows team since 2008. ‘I get great satisfaction from being involved as a positive influence in the growth and development of children.’ Megan supports the children in her care through thoughtful observation and supporting positive interactions between children and their educators, peers and environment. Megan is currently extending her knowledge and experience working with a range of different age groups. ‘Since becoming a Mum, I have a better understanding of how difficult it is to leave your child in the care of others. I will endeavour to provide a supporting and nurturing experience for children and families.’ |
